So I have to have my 2 state fair entries turned in by July 31st but I can't decide on my second entry!!

I'm definitely using this one:

I printed a test 8x10 and it looks even better printed.

But for my 2nd entry? Totally undecided.... These are my top choices...

1. The Pinkest of Things:

2. My Wish for You

3. StormySet

4. TheBirds

The one I really wanted to use was:

Wish for the Sky

But when I printed it 8x10 there's a lot of noise in the sky portion at the right of the photo that I am NOT able to adequetly quiet with my current computer/imaging software. I won't submit a photo that I don't think is the highest quality. I want to win.

Will be printing tests of the above 4 images this weekend... but looking at the small versions... help me out... what are YOU drawn to?

I think that the first one and the last one are insanely awesome.

Do you have photoshop?

I have elements, and PaintShopPro 9. My problem at the moment is that I just can't get it any smoother without being able to examine it #1 on a better bigger monitor while editing, and I have done just about everythign I can on PSP9 and PSE7 and am still unhappy with it. It's fine up to a 5x7... but 8x10 and 11x14 the noise is still visible and although the truth is I'm the only one that has noticed it... I'm entering a competition where I placed 4th last year and I want. to. win. And I don't know if judges will notice it or if it really is just ME seeing it.

I vote for the birds as well. Though the all have really interesting qualities to them, there is a nice balance in this one. Nicely done!

I like the pink flower. But I'm just basing this on what my eye is most attracted to. I know nothing about photography so I wouldn't consider my opinion for this decision.

you can download photoshop as a 30 day trial and see if you can clean it up anymore with that.
id offer to edit it for you, but that may violate your competition rules...

im pretty savvy with the photoshop if you need any help
