Squeeee!! Just had to share this...I weighed myself yesterday, and the grand total so far is 66 pounds since May!! YAY!!! I celebrated by buying new clothes, and I'm back to the size I was 4 years ago, before I put on all this extra weight! I want to get down 2 more sizes yet, and then I'm done. I'm not built to be a skinny girl, and never would want to be, but I put on a LOT of weight in my last relationship, and it's important to me in the whole "reclaiming myself" process to get back to where I'm happy with how I look. I'll try to take some pics this weekend if we're not too busy, and of course I'll share them! images/smiley_icons/icon_smile.gif

Woo Hoo! Go you! I've been working on losing weight too. I'm down 50 lbs since mid April. Hey - between the two of us we've lost a small person!

Congrats, both of you! That's pretty exciting! I have to get a little more serious about losing myself...I recently found out just how much weight I've actually gained and am not happy about it at all.

aww, you can do it. good luck!
and kinda on/off topic - my girlfriend has lost almost 100 pounds all on her own and i am so very proud of her. she's done great and she's all kinds of sexy. it's done a lot for her self-esteem too, she doesn't let the things people say get to her as much and she's feeling so much better about herself. i can even get her to say that she is hot now, which is pretty cool because from what i am told, she wasn't able to do that before. so, even though i haven't had any weight loss or anything [which is an issue in itself], i just wanted to say that i am proud of her

That would be me. Thanks baby!
It's nice to finally be getting some self-confidence back. It had been a long time since i felt comfortable in my skin, and i'm finally beginning to feel that way.
Here's an updated pic, just for shits and giggles:
