My gf is a finance/accounting guru and in a position of considerable responsibility (i.e. conservative professional atmosphere).
Her boss is the top guy and scheduled to leave today for a 2 week vacation out of the country.
So yesterday my gf and her secretary put on the Cheryl Crow song "soak in the sun" and put on a surprise show in the
big boss's office by doing karaoke to it. When it got to the line
"I've got a crummy job, it don't pay near enough" several others in the office jumped up and joined it (that was planned).

Too funny. Especially when you think of how uptight this place usually is.

Got any good office antics, or simply funny stuff from work?

This guy used to Saran Wrap my chair at least once a week for about a month. I really don't know why he did it. He would make a little note, affix it to my chair, and then wrap the whole thing in Saran Wrap. Usually the notes were about dumb things at work such as "Don't forget to check Docs before fast tracking a Blah Blah Blah policy!" It wasn't like I was making mistakes. I think the guy was just weird. Since it was my first month in the department after being promoted maybe that was just his way of saying, "Welcome!"

Other than that...no, not really.

I work with people who love to pull pranks. One guy came back from vacation and his entire wall was covered with a Barbie collage. More than one person has returned to the desk only to find the mouse is missing (IT folks). Stuff like that happens all the time. In our office, we constantly get fired for giving our supervisor lip.
