The Surreal Life; Strange Love

Under normal circumstances I recoil from reality TV, but these two shows are so fantastic....(I hear some of you mumbling that I watch "The Apprentice"...Ok, ok....But, that's it!).....

The "Surreal Life" is a VH1 spin off of MTV's "The Real Life" in which 7 strangers are put in a house together for an extended period of time....On MTV's version, they are truly unknown strangers.....On the "Surreal Life," we are subjected to 7 B-List (and in a lot of cases C-List) celebs thrown into a house in the Hollywood Hills....."Strange Love" is a spin off of the "Surreal Life!" (if you can believe it... images/smiley_icons/icon_surprised.gif ) It is based upon the wacky relationship between Flavor Flav and Brigitte Nielsen....Imagine? It's scary as all hell...Hilarious!!!

It's priceless! It's a sleazy pop culture explosion!!

I have watched it. Okay, I wasn't really watching it so much as ocassionally taking a peak at it as I was channel surfing.

They scare the ever living shit out of me. I am not sure I could handle an entire show watching them as a couple. ICK ICK ICK! They are both so messed up!

She isn't aging well either.

*big, big groan* I reluctantly admit that I watched the first episodes of both shows, and that I have kind of enjoyed them in a messing-with-an-icky-wound kind of way. Bridgette and Flava Flav are the best couple eva.

Anyone that knows me well enough knows that I adore brain junk food occasionally. I'm thinking that Mini-Me shitfaced driving around on his scooter NAKED pissing in the corner of the room is far too amusing.

I watched a few episodes of the surreal life

I really despise reality tv shows in general, but I can't resist these popculture trainwrecks (example : the anna nicole show - which was so good in its extreme terribleness).

I didn't even know the brigitte/flav spinoff existed until I just read this. Funny.

I watched a few Strange Love episodes this weekend. I don't get it. They are the scariest couple ever. I loved it when the mayor of Como or whatever said Flav acted like he was 13 and he thought it was a compliment.

Did anyone else see where they HIT each other? That is one quality relationship.

Why does Brigitte still have a fiance? What is that all about?

And keep up the chain smoking Brig. It is doing wonders for your face!*

She was hella hot and now she is hella wrecked. I agree that women (and men) should be able to grow old without their every wrinkle being pointed out but this woman would probably still be a knockout if she would knock if off with the cigarettes. Just watching her chain smoke makes my lungs hurt.

I do not see what she sees in Foofy foofy and wonder how much of this is real considering she still has the fiance. I think two has beens found a way to pad their bank accounts a little more.

Is Strange Love over? I haven't seen any advertisements for new episodes. I haven't been looking either but I thought I would come across something. If I missed it, how did it end?
